Logging In
Open the GCR Business Solutions app.
Navigate to the Login page.
Enter your Email Address and Password.
Tap the Login button.
Outcome
You will be successfully logged in and redirected to your Dashboard.
Registering a New Account
Open the GCR Business Solutions app.
On the Login page, select “Register New Account”.
Follow the steps and enter the required information.
Tap Submit/Continue.
Outcome
A message appears: “Welcome to GCR Business Solutions”.
You will be asked to sign in using your confirmed details.

Changing Password
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the profile page.
Navigate to change password section.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password twice (minimum 8 characters).
Tap Change Password
Outcome
A message in red text will appear: “You have successfully changed your password.”
You will be redirected to your Dashboard.

Recovering a Forgotten Password
On the Login page, select “Forgot Password?”.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox for a password reset link.
Follow the link and set a new password (minimum 8 characters).
Confirm the new password and submit.
Outcome
A message in red text will appear: “You have successfully changed your password.”
You will be redirected back to the Login page to sign in with your new password.
